The Title Page template is accessed from within the Script Editor when you select the Title Page sub tab found at the bottom of the editor window.=

The title page Celtx produces is compliant with industry norms. It is automatically included when you generate a PDF, and it can be printed off separately by selecting the 'Print' button located within the Title Page display.

If you do not supply any information for the title page, it will not be generated.
