Action

Action is a script element that explains what occurs in the content of a scene.

In Celtx, the keyboard shortcut ctrl-2 (cmd-2 on a Mac) switches to Action formatting, as does picking the Action option in the Script Editor Toolbar.

Ensure that action sections contain only action. Explanatory material can't be filmed. Just write what can be seen.

Action often introduces a location when first seen, and lists non-speaking characters.
